Yili Group cold drink intelligent manufacturing plant built the first batch of products officially off the line
With the roar of the machine, the material liquid poured in the mold, along with the rotation of the conveyor belt, completes the inserting chopsticks, freezing, demudding, sealing, packing and other processes on the assembly line in turn, a box of "Yili mood" ice cream from the workshop to the warehouse, Yili Group cold drink intelligent manufacturing factory - Hubei Yili first batch of products officially off the line.
Hubei Yili is located in Huanggang City, Hubei Province, covering an area of more than 300 acres, officially started construction in February 2023, mainly producing high-end ice cream and ice cream products such as Zhen Xi, Qiao Yue, ice factory. After completion, the planned annual production capacity will exceed 100,000 tons, annual sales are expected to exceed 2 billion yuan, and it is expected to provide more than 600 local jobs.
Hubei Yili has fully introduced advanced intelligent manufacturing production and inspection and testing equipment at home and abroad in terms of equipment hardware configuration and software support, and has achieved the "intelligent manufacturing" level of "unattended" in the core area. "This device is an X-ray machine with artificial intelligence, which can identify foreign bodies and shape defects in the ice cream through the packaging and handle them independently, ensuring that all products are complete and consistent." On the production line, the equipment operator demonstrated the magic of this smart device with a "perspective eye" on the spot, and saw an ice cream with paper tied after the DR Detector fell and was swept into the recycling bag.
In the workshop, Klaus, a German engineer from Tetra Pak, is working with the factory's engineers to adjust the equipment for making ice cream cones. They introduced that since July 2023, they have begun equipment debugging work, Yili Group sent professional management personnel in various fields, technical personnel and construction assistance personnel from domestic brother factories to overcome difficulties together to ensure that factory equipment can be quickly installed and debuted in place. At present, five ice cream production lines have been successfully trial-produced, and another five ice cream production lines will also be put into use within one month. From the planning and construction, project start-up, successful trial production and then the official production line of the product, Yili Group only took 13 months to build the cold drink intelligent manufacturing plant, two months ahead of the original plan.
