In addition to H315-355 motor intelligent assembly line, Shanxi Electric also has a number of automatic production lines such as H255-2, 4 motor winding stator automatic production line, H180-2, 4 motor winding stator automatic production line, which greatly reduces labor intensity and effectively improves production efficiency.
While the equipment continues to upgrade, Shanxi Motor also continues to increase product research and development efforts to build the core competitiveness of the enterprise. At present, the YE4 series of high-efficiency motors led by Shanxi Motor research and development, the efficiency index compared with the old products increased by about 6% on average, if according to the annual output of 10 million kilowatts, the annual operation of 5,000 hours to calculate, a year can save electricity consumption of 3.7 billion KWH or so.
