"The 100-meter rail production line put into production this time can realize automatic sensing, automatic saw-cutting and automatic drilling of rail raw material length, which not only improves the processing accuracy, but also increases the actual utilization rate of raw material from 90% to more than 98%." Yang Hai said that the intelligent door crane system used in the production line uses high-strength magnetic suction to achieve automatic unloading, automatic storage and automatic loading, and only one operator can complete the work that required 13 people to work together in the past, greatly reducing labor costs.
It is reported that the continuous promotion of switch quality improvement is an important goal set by the company in 2024. In recent years, China Railway Baoqiao has built the largest production base of high manganese steel frog in China and the first automatic production line of railway switch pad in China, and the production and research and development capacity of switch products has always been at the leading level in China. The 100-meter rail production line that has just been put into operation is a key part of the upgrade plan, and the company is a new strategic deployment on the basis of comprehensive market research and judgment around building China's "first brand" of turnout.
