Beijing will add 100 smart factories and digital workshops
Recently, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology issued the "Implementation Plan for the Digital Transformation of Beijing Manufacturing Industry (2024-2026)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Plan"), aiming to create a benchmark demonstration of artificial intelligence innovative application and digital transformation, and accelerate the construction of an international science and technology innovation center.
The "Implementation Plan" proposes to further improve the effectiveness of digital transformation and focus on the key direction of the development of high-end and sophisticated industries in Beijing. By 2026, we will strive to build 20 national smart manufacturing benchmarking enterprises, demonstration factories or "world lighthouse factories", and add 100 smart factories and digital workshops.
According to the incentive measures in the "Implementation Plan", for the enterprises newly awarded as the national intelligent manufacturing benchmark, the national intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory, the World Davos Forum "lighthouse factory", according to the proportion of 30% of the fixed asset investment of intelligent and digital upgrading in the construction process, the maximum of 30 million yuan for a single project.
In addition, according to the goals of the "Implementation Plan", Beijing will actively promote the implementation of digital and intelligent standard system, through digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading, promote manufacturing enterprises above designated size to fully achieve digital standards, and the numerical control rate of key processes in key industrial areas will reach 70%; Further enhance the digital transformation supply capacity, cultivate more than 100 excellent digital transformation supply products; Further improve the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative intelligent manufacturing ecology, deepen the construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Industrial Internet demonstration zone, and promote the construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial Internet identification of the total number of secondary nodes to reach more than 60, service enterprise nodes over 60,000.
