KECM series servo motor
KECM series servo motors are the perfect choice for the most extreme environments, including vacuum, low and high temperatures, high humidity, vibration and shock. KECM servo motors use a resolver or geared multi-turn absolute encoder as the position feedback, offering unparalleled precision and reliability. With a rated power range of 0.1-3.8KW and winding voltage options of 220/380VAC or 24/48VDC, KECM motors are perfect for all kinds of applications including biomedical research and manufacturing, consumer electronics production (3C), semiconductor manufacturing, automotive parts testing, in-vacuum process equipment, military and aerospace sectors, scientific instruments development, and general automation applications.

Safety brake
Safety brake: KECM servo motor can be optional safety brake, its working mode is "power off", the safety brake can provide enough friction locking torque for the motor shaft during the power failure (the motor shaft without brake is in a non-locked free state during the power failure), the safety brake can effectively prevent the load of the vertical (or inclined) motion mechanism from falling due to gravity when the unexpected power failure.
Position feedback element: incremental, multi-turn absolute value
Incremental position feedback: the motor position cannot be remembered after power failure, and the mechanical origin needs to be returned to determine the initial zero position after power failure. KECM series servo motor rotary transformer is an incremental feedback element.
Multi-circle absolute position feedback: the position of the motor can be remembered after power failure, and it can start to work after power-on, without returning to the origin. KECM series servomotor absolute encoder selection code is "-AE".
Control mode: position, speed, torque, gantry, dual loop control.
Command source: pulse / direction, analog voltage (speed / torque), RS232/485, CANopen, EtherCAT, Profinet I/O)
Motor feedback : resolver, multi-turn absolute encoder
Power supply: DC 24/48VDC, AC (2-phase 220VAC or 3-phase 220/380VAC)
Environmental condition: normal(0~40°C), high and low temperature (-40~+70°C)
