KH series stepper motor
The KH series stepper motor has been designed with the intention of being used in a variety of challenging environments, including a wide temperature range of -45 to +100℃, high humidity of 95% RH, lower pressure, salt spray, vibration and shock. The holding torque ranges from 0.12 to 21N.m, with safe brake, position feedback and non-standard shaft options. KH stepper motors are the perfect choice for a wide range of applications in extreme environments, including biomedical research & manufacturing, consumer electronics production (3C), automotive parts testing, military & aerospace sectors, scientific instruments development, and general automation applications.

Safety brake

Safety brake: KH series stepper motor can be optional safety brake, its working mode is "power off", the safety brake can provide enough friction locking torque for the motor shaft during the power failure (the motor shaft without brake is in a non-locked free state during the power failure), the safety brake can effectively prevent the load of the vertical (or inclined) motion mechanism from falling due to gravity during the unexpected power failure.
Position feedback

KH series stepper motor can integrate encoder feedback, the incremental position feedback signal can be received and processed by closed-loop driver, and the driver can output alarm signal when the motor position is out of line.
Integrated driver

KH series stepper motor can also be integrated with micro driver, which is suitable for multiple motor distributed control system, saving driver installation space and reducing wiring workload.

Micro-step control, smooth running, low noise and high torque capacity
Protections: over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current
Operating temperature: 0 to +50°C or -40 to +85C
Control loop: open-loop or closed-loop
Power supply: DC 12~110VDC or AC 18~80VAC
