PB/PBR series planetary gearbox
The PB/PBR series planetary gearboxes are designed and manufactured for extreme environments by ultilizing special structure, material and lubrication technologies, which are used in mechanical transmit system to multiply motor torque, increase step resolution and achieve proper inertia ratio between the motor and the load. High lights include high precision, high rigidity and high torque capacity.

Operating temperature: down to -80℃ , up to 200℃
Radiation resistance: up to 106Gy
Frame size: 42/60/90/115/142/180mm
Rated torque load: 5 to 1200Nm

1. PB42 is suitable for use in two environmental categories，as detailed below，not suitable for use in a radiation environment.
1) temperature: -40 to +120℃，none-vacuum
2) temperature: -40 to +85℃，vacuum pressure not below 10-3Pa，where the outgassing is not a critical issue.
2. PBR 42 is only suitable for temperatures between 0 to 85℃，and is unsuitable for use in low temperatures，vacuum，or the presence of radiation.
3. PB60，PBR60，PB90，PBR90，PB115，and PBR115 are suitable for use in low/high temperature，vacuum，and radiation environments.
4. PB142，PBR142，PB180 and PBR180 are suitable for use in low- and high-temperature environments，as indicated in the aforementioned table. They are also suitable for vacuum applications where outgassing is not a critical issue. Please contact us for more information regarding radiation resistance capacity.
