Deepen 5T technology integration and control technology to build smart factories with China and South Korea Petrochemical Industry
Recently, the steam system optimization modeling project created by Zhongkong Technology for China-Korea (Wuhan) Petrochemical Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "China-Korea Petrochemical") has successfully landed and passed acceptance. China and Korea Petrochemical said in the letter of thanks that the project has improved the company's informatization and intelligent development level of steam system production and operation management.
Sino-korea Petrochemical is a large refinery and chemical integration enterprise jointly established by Sinopec Group and SK Company of South Korea. It is the largest refinery and chemical production base in Central China. China and Korea Petrochemical has a comprehensive refining capacity of 8.5 million tons/year, which can produce a series of products including gasoline, diesel, aviation coal, naphtha, "tribenzene", liquefied gas, sulfur and petroleum coke. In order to improve the carrying capacity of the existing system, enhance the stability of the steam system, and effectively predict the adaptability and response ability of the future pipe network system, China and Korea Petrochemical chose to join hands with Zhongkang Technology to build a smart factory project.
It is reported that in this project, under the guidance of the 5T fusion concept, the central control technology simulated and analyzed various operating conditions of the customer's medium and low pressure pipe network through the steady state simulation software of the central control pipe network, and conducted an in-depth analysis of the steam pipe network process (PT), combined with each link of "production", "transport" and "use", and proposed an optimization plan. At the same time, the dynamic simulation software of the central control pipe network was used to simulate the abnormal working conditions of the 3# catalytic shutdown, and the dynamic response curve of the pipe network pressure over time was presented, providing reference and basis for the production operation and operation of customers.
In addition, the steam pipe network online simulation analysis technology (IT) is also introduced in the central control technology to simulate the operation status of the middle and low pressure pipe network in real time, and provide real-time alarm for abnormal pipe sections (such as steam retention and insulation abnormalities) to provide guidance for scheduling and operation.
Zhongkang Technology said that the steam system optimization modeling project created for the whole plant has successfully achieved the three goals of "more stable system", "visible change" and "risk management", making the production and operation management more information-based and intelligent, and the project has achieved good results as a whole.
Based on deep industry insight practice and product technology precipitation, Zhongcong Technology creatively proposed a new model of "1+2+N" smart factory construction, including "1 factory operating system, 2 automation: Production Process Automation (PA) and Business operation Automation (BA), as well as N industrial apps, point out a clear implementation path for the transformation of traditional factories to autonomous operation and operational excellence of the future factory, drawing a new smart industry blueprint.
