TCL Gechuang Dong Zhi completed the AMHS acquisition signing to promote the intelligent upgrade of semiconductor factories
On March 20, Getron Dongzhi AMHS business launch and product launch conference was successfully held at SEMICON China 2024 exhibition site. At the meeting, Gechuang East Wisdom completed the strategic acquisition signing of Yunde Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Ruixinku Intelligent Technology Co., LTD. Wang Cheng, Chief Operating Officer of TCL Technology Group, Xu Xu, General Manager of Investment Department, Vice President of TCL Technology Group, Sun Ziqiang, founder of Yunde Co., LTD., and He Jun, Vice president of TCL Industry and CEO of Gechuang Dongzhi, were present to witness the official launch of Gechuang Dongzhi AMHS (Automatic Material Handling System) business.
Through resource integration and layout, Gechuang East Wisdom officially established Gechuang Weisheng Co., LTD., and gave priority to the deployment of OHT, improving the intelligent handling hardware auxiliary equipment such as Stocker, and deeply integrating with MES, MCS and other software systems to quickly build a complete AMHS product system. At this point, on top of the existing CIM solution, Gechuang Dongzhi further built a semiconductor smart factory solution by increasing the hardware layout, helping semiconductor customers to improve the scheduling efficiency of the production line, and achieve automation, digitalization, and intelligent upgrading.
