KLS series linear motion stage
The KLS series linear motion stage are the ideal choice for ultra-high vacuum(UHV), cryogenic, high temperature, radiation, and other extreme environments. Their integrated structure design, compact size, high rigidity, high repeatability, fast speed, and high load capacity make them the best on the market.
