For example, after the worker completes a certain process of the suit, the sample will be transferred to the next process through the hanging line, and finally arrive at the station of the quality inspector, and the quality inspector will judge the sample, including whether the sample is qualified, what is the specific problem of the unqualified, which employee's sample is unqualified, etc., these information will be recorded on the tablet computer. If the number of employee failures reaches a certain percentage, work will be suspended and handled by management. At the same time, employees can also self-learn through demonstration videos on their tablets.
Walking in the factory, you can also find more intelligent equipment, such as intelligent sewing machines that can automatically set parameters, intelligent sewing cabinets, automatic cutting beds, etc. Pan Jiaxiang, director of the Western garment Factory of Red Bean Shares, said that this cutting bed is highly customized and has been networked with 3D volume equipment in offline stores. If the consumer measures the size of the suit in the offline store, the data will be directly transmitted, and the automatic cutting machine will automatically generate samples and cut under the operation of the worker, which greatly improves the efficiency. With the help of the automatic cutting machine, a suit can be measured and finished in just 7 days.
Pan Jiaxiang also introduced that the network rate of the main equipment of the 5G fully connected factory is as high as 95%, and the links of products from sales to design, production and logistics are all under the control of the "factory brain". At present, 800 workers can produce 800,000 suits a year: "After the smart factory project was put into use, the production efficiency was greatly improved, the overall per capita efficiency of the factory was increased by 20%, the unit consumption cost was reduced by 10%, the production efficiency was increased by 32%, the products in process was reduced by 30%, and the delivery time was shortened by 40%, which reduced the accumulation of semi-finished products for the enterprise, reduced the product turnover cycle, and improved the market competitiveness of the industry."
